


My Mission




I’m Caitlin Donato, creator of YogaByCait, and I empower individuals to relieve their stress, anxiety and heal their nervous systems by find inner peace through yoga, mindfulness, sound healing and somatic healing practices.
I'm a certified 200 hr Yoga Teacher specializing in Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Women's Circles Facilitation, Level 2 Sound Healing Practitioner and Somatic Healing Coach.
My goal is to guide students on a journey of self-discovery, helping them connect with their higher self and reclaim balance of their mind, body, and soul while healing their nervous system due to Trauma and PTSD.
I understand what it feels like to be stuck in a constant "fight-or-flight" mode—I lived that way for years, weighed down by the effects of trauma. But in 2023, I made a life-changing decision to take control of my healing journey. I enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training, where I discovered the transformative power of an ancient yogic path that has guided seekers to a life of happiness for over 3,000 years.
This timeless wisdom completely reshaped my life. It helped me heal my nervous system, shift my mindset toward positivity, and discover a deep sense of happiness within—unaffected by external circumstances or material things. Through the true foundation of yoga—Yamas and Niyamas (the guiding principles of life), yoga poses, breath work, and meditation—I developed unshakable tools to navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience. Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience the same life-changing transformation.
